Cym Warkov is a ceramic designer who has been at the helm of a successful hand-made decorative business since 2018 as well as designing ceramic lines for others, most notably a new collection for Crate and Barrel which launched January of 2026.

Nate Jackson’s career trajectory extends far from the conventional lighting path. Before Fixt became a design-driven custom studio, he learned the industry at its source—across factories, salvage networks, and workshops from Siberia and Ukraine to Asia. “Those places teach you what’s real and what’s just decoration,” said Nate Jackson, Co-Founder and CEO. “With CYM x FIXT, we protect the soul of Cym’s forms, then build the system to manufacture them correctly at scale—tooling, UL, finishes, logistics, the unglamorous pieces that make great design viable.”
